In 2020, INTEGRIS Health launched a Community Giving Program to help support important health-related work of not-for-profit partners whose evidence-based programs align with our Community Health Improvement goals in the communities we serve. Community Health Improvement (CHIP) goals are established as a result of Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs) that are conducted periodically in each community.

Our current focus areas are:

  • Obesity
  • Access to Care
  • Food Insecurity
  • Mental Health
  • Tobacco use

In addition to the new Community Giving initiative, INTEGRIS Health continues to support health and wellness education and outreach initiatives above and beyond the charity care provided by our hospitals.

Through the new community grant partnerships, INTEGRIS Health will continue its longstanding tradition of serving the community’s needs, with a broader impact.
