We want to extend a hearty welcome to all nursing students and faculty members coming to INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center Portland Avenue, INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, INTEGRIS Health Edmond, INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital, INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital, INTEGRIS Health Miami Hospital, and INTEGRIS Health Grove Hospital for clinical rotations this school year!

We are committed to helping you meet your clinical objectives by providing a variety of meaningful clinical experiences. If you are a clinical instructor, please follow the links at the left and you will be guided through the mandatory faculty orientation. You will also find a link to the mandatory Student and Faculty Orientation packet as well as the required forms to be submitted to the appropriate clinical placement coordinator prior to the beginning of your clinical rotation. If you are an undergraduate nursing student, review the information found in the 2022-2023 Faculty Student Orientation Packet.

Advanced practice/graduate nursing students: All advanced practice nursing student placements at INTEGRIS Health are determined by the individual practitioners. Requests should be directed to the APRN or provider with who you would like to complete your clinical rotation with. The office of Advanced Practice Placement will assist with ensuring the "Pre-Clinical Requirements" are met once the student has secured a preceptor. Please email completed checklist and supporting documents to [email protected] and and place "APP Student Placement" in the email subject line.

Computer Orientation

All documentation at INTEGRIS Health is electronic. The staff will not access or print patient data for students from the EMR, so it is imperative that instructors and students obtain view-only access. All INTEGRIS facilities have now converted to EPIC. Students and instructors must obtain short-term view only access for the electronic medical record system by completing the following:

  • INTEGRIS Health Epic Student Computer Access Form - INTEGRIS Health Student Computer Access Form. One Sign In Sheet per clinical group. Instructor information must be include along with student information.
    • Instructor and student information must be complete and include a SCHOOL EMAIL.
    • This form MUST be completed electronically, saved as an xlsx document and returned to the appropriate clinical placement coordinator as an email attachment at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to clinicals.
  • Instructors will receive a final email with the user ID for each of the students in their clinical group.
