To achieve our vision we must:

• Develop and implement programs that respond to the ever-changing health care needs of people in our communities.
• Employ individuals who are dedicated to delivering care and service that exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with physicians committed to caring for the individual while improving the health of people in the community, involving them in the design, redesign and continual improvements of system processes.
• Develop and maintain a preferred position with payors based on outcomes, service and price.
