Hospice Program and Services

Referrals to the INTEGRIS Health Hospice program may be initiated by a medical professional, community agent, friends, family member or the patient. 

Palliative Care

All hospice care is palliative, but not all palliative care is hospice care.

Nursing Care

INTEGRIS Health Hospice nurses are specially trained in pain and symptom management.

Social Services

We offer social services to every patient and his or her family member. 

Spiritual Care

We provide care for the spiritual well-being of our patients as they face the end-stage of life, and for their family members providing the care.

Bereavement Support

INTEGRIS Health Hospice offers bereavement support and services to help those going through the grieving process.

  • Grief recovery support groups
  • Speakers bureau

The INTEGRIS Health Hospice program develops individual care plans to meet the needs of each patient. Our patients and/or their families have the option of requesting or refusing the services they wish to receive. Nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
