Visitor Guidelines at INTEGRIS Health Ponca City Hospital

At INTEGRIS Health Ponca City Hospital, our commitment to delivering exceptional medical care is closely tied to ensuring the safety of our patients, visitors, and health care professionals. We have implemented guidelines designed to minimize the risk of exposure to infectious or communicable diseases within our facility.

Who Can Visit?

We welcome only essential, healthy visitors—such as immediate family members, caregivers, partners, or significant others who are 18 years or older—to visit our patients. Please note that our visitation policy is subject to change and may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. Additional restrictions apply to patients in isolation, and visitors are not permitted for COVID-19 patients.

Department-Specific Visitation Guidelines

  • Birth and Family Center: Up to 2 pre-designated visitors are allowed.
  • Critical Care Unit: A maximum of 2 visitors may be present at one time.
  • Emergency Department: 2 visitors are permitted at a time.
  • Medical/Surgical Unit: 2 visitors may visit simultaneously.
  • Outpatient Surgery/Testing: 0-1 visitor, depending on the specific department's policy.
