INTEGRIS Mental Health provides inpatient mental health services within several hospitals in Oklahoma City. In each case, services are provided in secure, supportive environments with 24-hour supervision.
For people who have medical conditions at the same time they are struggling with emotional or mental health concerns, inpatient care assures effective treatment of all conditions.
Some problems don't require around-the-clock care in a hospital, but instead may be addressed through a lesser level of care. Partial hospitalization is provided three to five days a week in a structured group setting. Participants in this program spend the day in group and private therapy sessions, developing coping strategies, and working through the specific issues they face. Most people spend two to three weeks in the program which is often covered by insurance.
Through Decisions Intensive Outpatient Program participants receive group, individual and family therapy through either the day or evening program.

Many emotional and mental health problems can be handled without the structured approach used in a hospital or programmatic setting.
