Navigating the Social Security Administration
Sharing information provided by the Veterans Administration
Directing to helpful programs through the Department of Human Services
Obtaining secondary insurance for those with limited income and resources
Applying for programs that assist with co-pays and co-insurance
Referring to American Cancer Society programs like Look Good … Feel Better classes, free wigs and turbans and more
Referring to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society programs such as a $100 stipend yearly for treatment related expenses and co-pay assistance up to $10,000 per year
Referring for medication assistance
Referring assistance for medical equipment
Referring assistance for home health care or hospice
Providing handicap parking permit applications for completion
Referring for assistance with transportation to and from outpatient appointments
Referring for home delivered meals
Providing information about assisted living centers and long term care facilities in your area
Providing information about community support groups available in your area
