The yogurt section at the grocery store can be intimidating! There are so many options these days. Below is a list of yogurts that are suitable for weight loss. All yogurts will contain some sugar due to the lactose (natural sugar found in milk). However, you want to choose a yogurt that has more protein than sugar.
