The admissions process
At INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails Center for Addiction Recovery, we know that timing is everything. It’s vitally important to begin treatment as soon you're willing and able. No outside referral is necessary but if you'd like professional help or intervention resources, please contact us.
Adults 18 and older are encouraged to call 405-216-2500 or submit a confidential inquiry via our web form below. No outside referral is required.
To streamline the process, be sure you or your loved one meets our basic admission criteria:
Our admissions team will ask questions to better understand your needs, substance use history, mental health concerns and immediate safety considerations. Our team can also help verify insurance benefits and discuss payment options.
Some patients may start with medically supervised withdraw management and residential treatment, or a lower level of clinical care as needed. If you’d like details about our levels of care, see our full continuum.
We don’t build treatment as a single moment. It is designed as a phased recovery process that helps patients move from clinical stabilization to greater independence as their needs change. Each patient begins with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. This helps our team understand the patient’s substance use history, mental health needs, trauma history, medical considerations, recovery goals and home environment. From there, we recommend the appropriate level of care and create an individualized treatment plan.
For some patients, the first priority is stabilization. This may include medically supervised withdraw management. During this phase, our team works to help patients become physically and emotionally ready to begin deeper therapeutic work.
Once patients are ready to begin treatment, they enter the program that best fits their needs. Depending on the recommended level of care, treatment may include individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, recovery education, trauma-informed care and support for co-occurring mental health concerns.
Patients are assigned a therapist, begin building recovery skills and start identifying the patterns, triggers and challenges that may contribute to substance use.
As patients make progress, care may transition to a less intensive level of treatment. This phased approach allows patients to practice recovery skills in daily life while continuing to receive clinical support, structure and accountability.
For some patients, this may mean stepping down from residential treatment to intensive outpatient care or outpatient services. The goal is to help patients build confidence and stability without losing connection to support.
Recovery continues after the most intensive phase of treatment ends. Arcadia Trails helps patients prepare for long-term recovery by strengthening coping skills, building support systems and developing a plan for continued care.
Patients are encouraged to stay engaged in recovery activities, connect with peer and community support and continue using the tools they developed during treatment.
Completing treatment is not the end of recovery. It is the beginning of a new phase. As patients move forward, the focus shifts toward self-management, healthy relationships, ongoing support and meaningful participation in daily life.
Our goal is to help each patient leave with a clearer recovery plan, a stronger support network and the skills needed to continue building a healthier future
Beginning treatment as soon as you're ready is crucial, and we've made it easier by accepting a variety of insurance plans. Call us at 405-216-2500 to start the admission process.
