Imprivata Confirm ID Multi-Factor Authentication Enrollment
As part of continued efforts to ensure appropriate access to our technology systems and mitigate risk of data breach, INTEGRIS Health has introduced an additional security step to the remote login experience.
Imprivata ID offers a convenient way for caregivers to use their smartphones as a second authentication factor in addition to their regular login credentials.
To Enroll in Confirm ID
- Call the Service Desk at 405-949-4086 to be added to the Imprivata Remote Access user policy. You will be asked to confirm your identity by providing your INTEGRIS Health Employee ID (8000 number) or the last four digits of your social security number.
- Complete the Imprivata ID enrollment process on your device.
- Install the Imprivata ID Application
- iPhone - Download the free Imprivata ID app from the iTunes App Store and then follow the setup instructions in the app.
- Android - Download the free Imprivata ID app from Google Play and then follow the setup instructions in the app.
- Enroll the Imprivata ID App
After you download and set up the Imprivata ID app on your cell phone, enroll the app using your username and password. You can enroll the Imprivata ID app during your typical remote access login process.
