We understand how important the presence of loved ones is to our patients’ healing process. Each floor, however, has designated quiet times. Please inform the nursing staff of your specific needs for special visitation arrangements.

INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital is located at 1201 Health Center Parkway in Yukon, Okla.
The main entrance to INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital is located on the south side of the hospital off of Health Center Parkway and is open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The emergency entrance is located on the southwest side of the hospital is open 24 hours a day.
Parking is available on the south side of the hospital and west of the medical office building. Handicap parking is available at each hospital entry.
The INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital Gift Gallery is located in the main lobby.
Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary members deliver mail to assigned patient rooms. If mail is received after a patient has been discharged, it will be forwarded to the patient’s home address on file.
All floral deliveries will be received at the hospital information desk and distributed by the Volunteer Auxiliary to patient rooms as soon as possible. Be advised that due to respiratory and allergy complications, latex balloons and lilies are not allowed in the hospital.

For your safety, INTEGRIS Health employees are required to wear name tags at all times. If you are concerned about your safety or security, ask to speak to the nurse in charge immediately.
