They have two sons, Ayson (2009) and Axton (2013). After residency training, Dr. Wilcox and Amy moved to Ponca City, OK to start practicing medicine in 2011 and have been in Ponca City since. They have made a great life in Ponca and love everything a small town Oklahoma has to offer. Dr. Wilcox enjoys spending time with my family, running and playing golf as much as possible.
“I strive to give every patient my very best attention and effort on every visit. I constantly think about how I would want my family/friends treated by a physician and then I try to model that behavior. I enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal level because I feel this improves my ability to care for that individual especially during times of illness when they might act differently.”
"I really enjoy taking care of the geriatric patient population of north central Oklahoma. I take pride in being up-to-date on the newest diabetic and hypertensive treatments. I enjoy caring for entire families including extended family members."
