Candice Baxendale, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse specializing in pediatrics with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Mustang.
She is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 11 years of experience as an APRN. Candice earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Oklahoma City University.
She is passionate about whole-body wellness and preventive care and has a certification in plant-based nutrition. Candice enjoys treating complex patients, particularly children with special needs, and is also dedicated to lactation consulting, assisting moms on their breastfeeding journeys.
