Christi Erford, DNP, APRN, NP-C, NPD-BC, is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Beginning as a licensed practical nurse in 2008, she continued her education earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors in 2016 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Erford developed her passion and dream of becoming a nurse practitioner by obtaining a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2020.
Jean Watson’s theory of nursing states, “Caring is central to nursing practice, and promotes health better than a simple medical cure.” I have based my own philosophy with quality of care of my patient as the center of my values.
