Christopher Chan, D.O., is a board-certified family medicine physician with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group South.
He earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at INTEGRIS Health Great Plains Family Medicine Residency in Oklahoma City. Dr. Chan enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds. His biggest passion in medicine is to help patients attain their health-related goals.

I strive to help patients gain knowledge about their health so that they can be aware and make their own decisions on what they want their next steps in health prevention and treatment to be. I always try to partner with my patients to improve their health and tailor suggestions to changes that they believe are attainable.”
Dr. Chan was born and raised in South Oklahoma City and is excited to serve the community he grew up in. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing sports.
