David Crosswhite, D.O., is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience practicing medicine in the Oklahoma City metro area.
He graduated from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at the Hillcrest Health Center Family Practice Residency program.
