J. David Neel, M.D., is a vascular and endovascular surgery physician in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Neel attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma before an internship in general surgery at the OU College of Medicine in Tulsa. He finished his general surgery training at the Louisiana State Health Sciences Center before completing his vascular and endovascular surgery fellowship at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.
