James Lowe, M.D., was born and raised in Oklahoma City, attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, earning a B.A. in history and pre-medicine.
After earning a medical degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, he completed general surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and then plastic surgery at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
He then completed a hand, nerve, and microsurgical fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and joined their faculty as an Assistant Professor and Chief of Cosmetic Surgery.
In 2006, Dr. Lowe returned home to Oklahoma opening his private practice, Lowe Plastic Surgery, which is the culmination of years of effort to establish a center of excellence in plastic and reconstructive patient care.
