Jennifer Sparks, APRN-CNP grew up on a farm in Gate, OK where her family still farms and ranches. She practiced as a registered nurse for 22 years and have been a nurse practitioner since 2021. She graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a doctorate in nursing practice at that time and has practiced in Beaver, Oklahoma since. She is board certified through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners specializing in rural and family medicine.
"My goal as a nurse practitioner is to help guide people toward their own, individual best health. I believe in patient autonomy and working as a team to help each person feel the best they can."
Jennifer Sparks has three grown children, two of which reside in Woodward.
