Jordan Hammer, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Deer Creek.
Jordan attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman, where she finished her undergraduate studies. She then completed her physician assistant training at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, where she earned her master's degree.
Jordan enjoys treating a diverse range of patients, including young children, older adults and individuals managing chronic conditions. Jordan appreciates the opportunity to care for people in all stages of life.
