Jordan Phillips, M.D., grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, and attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine where he obtained his medical doctorate and completed a residency in Anesthesiology.

He then completed a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. He served as an assistant professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Medicine at University of Florida for one year before returning to Oklahoma.

He is currently on faculty at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center with the Specialty Critical Care; Mechanical Circulatory & Support Service and serves as an educator with the University of Oklahoma Anesthesiology Internship at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center.

His career interests include caring for patients with severe respiratory and cardiac failure, circulatory support devices and ECMO. His research interests include novel approaches to ECMO cannulation techniques and advanced ECMO management strategies.
