Katy Adams, M.D., is a gastroenterologist with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Gastroenterology Yukon, where she provides comprehensive care for patients from all walks of life with digestive health conditions.
Dr. Adams earned her medical degree from the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center before returning to Oklahoma to complete her gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Adams is passionate about building trusting relationships with her patients and creating individualized care plans that reflect their health goals. She takes a comprehensive approach to treatment, incorporating medication, endoscopy, lifestyle and behavioral changes, nutrition and mental health support when appropriate.

I aim to be honest and transparent by explaining the reasons behind my recommendations.”Dr. Adams is originally from Colleyville, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her family, particularly attending live country music performances together. Family is also very important to her, including her two dogs, Mud and Dempsey, who are an integral part of her life. She enjoys taking them on adventures and including them in her everyday activities whenever possible.
Dr. Adams met her husband while they were both students at Texas A&M University. They were married on Halloween, which happens to be her favorite holiday. Outside of work and family time, she is an avid fan of horror movies.
