Krupa Mathew, APRN-CNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Neurology Rivendell, where she is committed to providing compassionate, reliable care to her patients.
Krupa earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University School of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rajeev Gandhi University in Karnataka, India. She also completed her post masters certificate in Adult Gerontology Acute Care at the University of Pennsylvania.
Krupa is passionate about supporting patients throughout every stage of their healthcare journey. She believes the foundation of exceptional care is building trust, meaningful relationships and partnering with patients to develop individualized treatment plans. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, respected and empowered through open communication, shared decision-making and compassionate support.

Krupa lives in Yukon, Oklahoma, with her husband and their two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling and exploring new places, gardening and actively participating in her church community.
