Lacey Duffy, APRN, NP-C, is a primary care physician with INTEGRIS Health Mooreland.
She was born and raised in Woodward, OK and graduated from Woodward High School in 2002. Lacey received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2007. She has experience working as a registered nurse in pediatrics at OU Children’s Hospital, home health and hospice and family practice.
Lacey received her Master’s in Nursing from Purdue University in 2020. After receiving her master’s degree, she worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Clinton QuickMed Clinic in Clinton, OK and most recently at Seiling Hospital in the emergency department and the rural health clinic in Seiling, OK.

Lacey Duffy is available Tuesday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with no appointment availability on Mondays.
