Michael T. Cain, D.O., is an experienced, board-certified family medicine physician at INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Norman.
He graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah. He earned his medical degree from the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, where he also completed his residency in family medicine. Dr. Cain enjoys treating patients of all ages, but he has developed a greater appreciation for the challenges faced by elderly patients.
“My goal is to provide competent and compassionate care to my patients, from adolescence through adulthood. I strive to foster relationships and build trust, allowing me to offer both preventive and acute care, as well as manage chronic illnesses. It is important to me to treat my patients as whole individuals and to actively involve them in their care so they can take ownership of their health and wellness."
Dr. Cain and his wife live in Norman. They have been married for over 40 years and have four grown sons, as well as three daughters-in-law. He enjoys spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. He and his wife are passionate about sports and love taking road trips to the beach or the mountains. Their faith in God has been a source of strength and unity for them.
