Michael Landes, M.D., supervises the clinic’s operation, including performing physicals and providing ongoing care.
Dr. Landes graduated from the Ohio State University with a B.S. in human nutrition. He completed his Doctorate of Medicine from the Ohio State College of Medicine and his Family Medicine Residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center. He is board-certified in Family Medicine.
He served in the United States Air Force before retiring as Lieutenant Colonel and the Chief of the Medical Staff, 71st Medical Group, Vance AFB. Dr. Landes joined the INTEGRIS Bass Occupational Medicine team in May 2015.
