Michael Palmer, M.D., is a vascular surgeon at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Palmer earned both his undergraduate degree and his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. He then completed his residency in General Surgery at Prisma Health and his fellowship in Vascular Surgery from Oregon Health Sciences University. While earning his degrees, Dr. Palmer was active in many health-related organizations and volunteered as a graduated medical education advocate in Washington, D.C., as well as at a clinic for medically underserved women and children in Norman.
In addition, he was selected as member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) national medical honor society, as well as being awarded the humanism & excellence in teaching award during residency. When he is not performing vascular surgery or seeing patients, Dr. Palmer enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and kids. We are delighted to welcome Dr. Michael Palmer to INTEGRIS Health Heart Hospital, he will provide clinic and perform surgeries at both INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center and INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center.
