Michael S. Schiff, M.D., is a board-certified cardiologist with many years of experience.
After earning this bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania he worked blue collar jobs for a year before going to medical school. He then completed an internship at Queens Hospital Center and medical residency at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY followed by teaching emergency medicine at in St. Francis Hospital in Peoria, IL. Additionally, Dr. Schiff completed a cardiology fellowship at St. Louis University in Missouri.
As a Ponca City resident of 20 years, Dr. Schiff enjoys serving on our board of trustees because the hospital is very important to the community and he strives to do his best to provide state of the art cardiology in a smaller and more personal environment. Dr. Schiff has been member of INTEGRIS Health cardiovascular physicians for almost 19 years and Ponca City resident for 20 years.
“I am an old-fashioned physician who takes pride in seeing all of my patients; I take a personal approach.”
When he is not at work, you might find him reading a good book (quite an avid reader!) or weightlifting. Dr. Schiff is the proud father of four grown children (and five fur babies).
