Mohammad Azam Farukhi, M.D., is a bariatric and general surgeon with INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center.
Dr. Farukhi is board certified in both general surgery and obesity medicine. He completed medical school and residency in general surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He completed his fellowship in bariatric surgery at the Bariatric Medical Institute of Texas in San Antonio.
