Stefanie Meredith, D.O., is a board-certified family medicine physician.
She attended the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, and completed her residency at Tahlequah City Hospital and W.W. Hastings Cherokee Nation Hospital.
