Terran Hart, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Woodward.
Terran grew up in Moore, Oklahoma, in a Christian household where he learned the value of service and community. His early experience as a lifeguard sparked a passion for health care and helping others. During his undergraduate years, he worked as both a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a laboratory scientist, building a strong clinical foundation.
His time as a CNA helped shape his calling to combine medical knowledge with compassionate, hands-on patient care. His focus later shifted to rural health, inspired by his family’s roots in northern and northwestern Oklahoma. He and his wife chose Woodward for its close-knit, welcoming community and are proud to serve the families there.
“My practice philosophy is to provide compassionate, competent and preventive care across the lifespan - meeting patients where they are, earning trust through consistency and delivering evidence-based medicine with a strong focus on education, early intervention and whole-person care in a rural setting."
