I'm a Patient

We are here to make your hospital stay as comfortable and easy as possible, allowing you to focus on your recovery, health and wellness. The information below will help guide you through your stay and answer commonly asked questions.

Registration and Admission

Our admissions desk is located inside the patient entrance off of parking lot B.

Arrive on time

Our admitting hours are:
8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday

Remember to bring:

  • all current health insurance information, including your insurance card
  • a photo ID
  • physician orders and prescriptions for any tests you will receive
  • referrals from your primary care physician (if your insurer requires them)
  • a payment method for deductibles and co-payments (Financing is also available)
  • your advance directive, if you have one
  • all prescription and over-the-counter medications you are currently taking
  • completed medical information forms if not completed online prior to arrival
  • valid photo identification or driver's license
