You can feel confident knowing that your labor and delivery, and postpartum course will be managed by a specialist every step of the way. We combine compassionate care with the latest technology with one goal in mind: the safe delivery of a healthy baby. Evidenced based care, including skin to skin bonding and lactation support at delivery, provide the most nurturing environment for our patients.
Our labor and delivery center offers private post-partum rooms for mother and infant, and level II special care nursery for preterm babies with serious medical conditions. Family-entered care is provided, allowing baby to receive all care and treatment while staying in the safety and comfort of mom’s room.
The 19 patient rooms in our Yukon Women’s Center are large, spacious, and provide a comfortable surrounding not only for mom, dad and baby, but for the many visitors who follow a time as wonderful as the delivery of a newborn. Mothers have traveled as far as Woodward and as near as Yukon to deliver their babies at our labor and delivery center.
On-site hearing testing is available, as well as direct birth certificate registration and social security information processing.
For women in other phases of life, we also have digital mammography services in a spa-like setting. Physician services are available on our main hospital campus in Yukon.
