The INTEGRIS Health Neuromuscular Center and Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) co-sponsor multiple support groups in Oklahoma City for patients, caregivers, and others impacted by ALS and General Neuromuscular Disorders. The groups are facilitated by a registered nurse, rehabilitation psychologist, and MDA staff member. Additional groups are sponsored by the MDA within the Tulsa area. Speakers are brought in throughout the year to discuss updates on clinical drug trials, medical equipment, and community resources.
