Call 405-951-8799 for assistance with your purchase. INTEGRIS Health Medical Supply will verify your insurance benefits to determine coverage.
STEP 2
After coverage is confirmed, you can pick up your breast pump and supplies.
The breast pump program is available at INTEGRIS Health Medical Supply and the INTEGRIS Health pharmacies in the Oklahoma City metro area, Edmond, Yukon and Enid.
Depending on health insurance type, plan and network, policies for reimbursement differ. Private or commercial insurance could cover costs up to 100%. (Medicaid or WIC must contact the state WIC agency for assistance.)

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow you to designate a portion of your paycheck to cover certain types of out-of-pocket health care expenses. You may be able to use your FSA funds for breastfeeding products, including breast pumps, breastfeeding accessories and breast pump spare parts pre-tax. Your plan may have certain restrictions, please contact your benefits provider for specific information. INTEGRIS Health Breast Pump program will allow you to pay out of pocket for eligible expenses and be reimbursed. Keep your receipt and consult with your Flexible Spending Account provider in regards to reimbursement.
