You can schedule an appointment up to two weeks in advance.
Will I receive a confirmation email after booking my appointment online?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected].
Please add this email to your address book to avoid missing important information about your appointment.
What do I do if I have to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Your confirmation email from [email protected] will contain the address and telephone number of the location for your upcoming appointment. You should call the number in the confirmation email to speak with our staff.
As a patient who has an established relationship with an INTEGRIS Physician (visited in the past 12 months), you can access online scheduling by visiting INTEGRIS and Me – your online portal for managing your health care at INTEGRIS Health.
