For those who are grieving, the holidays can be tough. This special time of year can be filled with remembrances of loved ones who are on your mind yet absent from your holiday celebrations and traditions. Kelly Russell, a chaplain with INTEGRIS Health Hospice and Palliative Care Services, will facilitate a special grief workshop with helpful strategies to help you cope.
