The public is invited to experience a special day of community and inspiration in the heart of Oklahoma City featuring wisdom and meditation from keynote speaker David Romanelli. Romanelli is an international speaker, wellness innovator and author of three best-selling books.
The full day workshop will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17, in the Creekside Building at Chesapeake Energy, 6225 N. Classen Blvd, Oklahoma City. Local practitioners will lead attendees through various interactive mind, body and spirit practices throughout the day.
Participants will have an opportunity to experience Qi Gong, Reiki, Somatics, Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra. Lunch will be provided by Urban Agrarian.
