His passion is to improve his patients' quality of life with the minimum amount of invasiveness necessary to achieve the desired effect. Tullos graduated medical school from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He completed his neurological surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a spine fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California.
