Rural Oklahoma has struggled to find and maintain physicians in all specialties, but quality primary care is the foundation of our mission of partnering with people to live healthier lives,” said Keaton Francis, chief hospital executive at INTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Center.

George HudsonGeorge Hudson grew up in a rural community of Illinois. After graduating high school, he attended Eastern Illinois University earning a bachelor of arts degree in psychology with a chemistry minor. He then went on to earn a doctorate degree in chemistry from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. After teaching for a few years, he attended and graduated with a doctorate of osteopathy from the University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, he completed residency training in family medicine at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.

“My philosophy is to help treat patients’ mind, body and spirit holding with the original osteopathic philosophy,” Hudson said. “I take a patient-centered and mutual decision-making approach.”

His areas of interest include hypertension, headaches, osteopathic manipulative medicine and depression and anxiety.

Hayley HudsonHaley Hudson earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Southern Illinois University, and her master of science degree in inorganic synthetic chemistry from Western Illinois University. She attended medical school at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky. Hudson completed residency in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, Illinois.

Hudson loves to see patients of all ages and connecting with people over the common goal of promoting the natural tendencies of self-healing and personal health.

“As an osteopathic physician, I firmly believe that each person is a blend of body, mind and spirit,” she said. “I also feel you can’t fully promote health care without shared decision making. Consequently, I believe in taking enough time with each patient to learn how I can best provide them with appropriate options regarding their health care. To the extent possible, and in addition to their treatment, I hope to facilitate patient autonomy by helping them set and reach attainable healing and fitness goals.”

Her primary areas or interest are pediatrics, women’s health, acute care, geriatrics and osteopathic manipulative medicine.
