After an extensive national search, Mike Weed is named INTEGRIS Health's next senior vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Doug Smith, who announced his retirement this fall.
Weed has been with INTEGRIS Health as the vice president of financial operations since Nov. 2018, where he has been an integral leader in revitalizing and modernizing our financial operations. He is a trusted and talented leader who is committed to providing the best experience for our patients and caregivers.
Prior to joining INTEGRIS Health, Weed had extensive and progressive financial leadership roles at R1 and Intermountain Healthcare in hospital and medical group finances, analytics and revenue cycle. He spent time in banking prior to launching his career in health care finance. He has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance.
Weed has deep knowledge of INTEGRIS Health and the market and plans to build on the positive momentum established under Smith, who will officially retire in Feb. 2023.
