As a primary care doctor, Maddox is dedicated to building meaningful, long-term relationships with his patients and helping them reach their health care goals through collaboration and shared decision making.
He enjoys treating the whole family, from newborns to seniors. His areas of interest in medicine include chronic disease management, preventive care, annual physicals, acute care, mental health support, well-child checks and lifestyle counseling.
Maddox earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the INTEGRIS Health Great Plains Family Medicine Residency Program in Oklahoma City, where he served as chief resident.
