She earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed her general surgery residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. She furthered her education with a colorectal surgery fellowship at Trinity Health Ann Arbor/University of Michigan.

Crouch is dedicated to treating both men and women, utilizing her specialized training and extensive experience to address a wide range of conditions. Her goal is to restore function and enhance her patients' quality of life.

"From an early stage in my surgical training, I developed a passion for treating cancer patients due to the potential to cure their disease. As my training progressed, I realized that my skills could also enhance the well-being of individuals suffering from debilitating conditions of the colon or rectum. Additionally, I find great satisfaction in performing colonoscopies, as they allow for early detection and preventive interventions that can profoundly influence a patient's health,” says Crouch.

Her areas of interest include diverticular disease, pelvic floor issues, inflammatory bowel disease, cancer of the colon and rectum, colonoscopy, fistulas, rectal prolapse, hemorrhoids and patient education.
