Highley earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and completed her family medicine residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Monroe, LA.
She treats patients of all ages and addresses a variety of health conditions. Her goal is to support each patients well-being, regardless of their starting point.
“My journey to become a doctor was challenging. Those experiences, while difficult, have helped me relate more to my patients and have undoubtedly strengthened my relationships with them,” she says. “The bond that forms through navigating each patient’s complexities leads to a much deeper connection, and I believe, better healing.”
Her areas of interest include complex or chronic conditions, weight management, mental health and preventive medicine.
