Introducing Monday Mindfulness Five-Part Series

With the hastiness of the holidays behind us, it's time to settle into a new routine for the new year. And what better way to do that than with a “Monday Mindfulness” series, led by Sarah McLean of the McLean Meditation Institute. 

Sarah is a meditation and mindfulness teacher who has been inspiring people to meditate for over 25 years. Sarah studied mind/body health under internationally known wellness pioneer Dr. Deepak Chopra and went on to become the program director for the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. 

With kindness and humor, Sarah shares her secrets to creating a successful meditation practice and how it can lead to increased self-compassion, clear communication and a more peaceful life. For the next five Mondays, Sarah will bring us tips on how to relax and refocus. In the first installment of the series, McLean teaches us how to practice mindfulness in a chaotic world and how to take a few minutes every day for yourself.
