It’s going to be one of the most important days of your life. Let’s work together to make sure everything goes smoothly so it’s one of the best days of your life.
The birth of a child begins a life-changing journey. And like all of life's journeys, you want to do all you can to pave the way for it with a wonderful beginning. From thoughtful care before conception to attentive, personalized care of mother and unborn child before birth, through the birthing experience and afterwards, at INTEGRIS Health we give mothers and babies the best start possible on a rewarding, and healthy journey together.
When it comes time to labor and delivery, you and your child are the center of our attention. In each of our eight hospitals you'll find modern, spacious and comfortable labor and delivery suites where you'll be surrounded with every comfort we can provide from the space itself to the peace of mind that comes with knowing you're in the best of hands.
Though we'll do all we can to keep your birth as natural as it can be, trusted obstetricians, pediatricians and experienced high-risk specialists and neonatologists are always on hand should any problems arise. We invite you to tour a labor and delivery department near you to see how we can work together to make your birth experience as safe, comfortable and perfect as possible.
When breastfeeding is hard, you can ask questions and get help and encouragement in person from educated breastfeeding professionals and other nursing moms. When breastfeeding is easy, you can walk in with milk stains on your shirt and in desperate need for adult interaction completely judgement free.
Our group provides a safe place for Moms to come together and share their experiences and knowledge or ask advice. We provide evidence-based information as well as our group's collective experience. Expecting parents are strongly encouraged to attend meetings as this will help prepare them for those first days and weeks with a newborn. It's a great place to ask questions, weigh your baby, make new friends and get support from other moms in your community.
The Milk Bar is free, and registration is not required. A baby scale is available for mothers to weigh their children for free. Siblings are welcome. The Milk Bar meets weekly on Mondays.
