INTEGRIS Health, in partnership with Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO), proudly offers our new preventive health program. Focused on convenience, the program includes a diagnostic lab draw and a health coaching consult with INTEGIRS Health. Core labs include key determinants for risks associated with cardiovascular disease, stroke, and diabetes.  Add-on labs are also available. Certified Wellness Specialists discuss with participants lab results, risk factors and behavior change recommendations to improve health and reduce risks.  These health coaching consults can be done in person or via online video platform. Elements of this program can be tailored to fit employer needs. 

Our Executive Health Program is designed by an elite medical team. Your executives are guided through a one-day preventive health and wellness concierge experience.  Participants complete lab and diagnostic testing followed an in-depth, personal assessment and discussion of your medical status with an INTEGRIS board certified physician. This service provides early detection of risks and diagnosis of unsuspected diseases, which enhances participants' ability to manage and prevent future disease. Offered in tiered packages, executive health physicals are performed at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center.

INTEGRIS Health provides the expertise for planning and executing on-site vaccine clinics custom designed to meet your organization's site, scheduling/shift and volume requirements.  Concierge vaccine clinics create a convenient option for employees and their dependents. Billable to insurance upon request.

A Registered Dietitian is the ultimate resource to deliver credible and reliable education to your organization.  Nutrition plays a key role in employees health and productivity.  One-on-one consults can be conducted in person or virtually. 

This is a evidence-based, results-driven and relationship-building program. The program focuses on making small changes over time. The goal of the program is making long-lasting lifestyle changes to reduce weight, blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol values. The curriculum is holistic in covering topics from nutrition and activity to sleep and stress management.
