Our mission is to extend and enhance services provided by the employed staff, supporting and promoting the INTEGRIS Health mission: Partnering with people to live healthier lives.
From the first day the small community hospital opened its doors in 1965, volunteers from south Oklahoma City have provided countless hours of service as they watched it grow to the comprehensive medical center it is today.
Ranging in ages from 18 to 92, over 150 active volunteers continue to support our patients, staff and visitors serving as escorts, waiting room hosts, information desk hosts, departmental support, delivering flowers, mail and meals. delivering Meals on Wheels and many more varied activities. Our volunteers provide quality service with a warm and welcoming smile as they assist countless individuals entering our doors.
Through the auxiliary’s fundraising efforts and proceeds from its gift shop, more than $2 million have been contributed directly to the medical center in building campaigns, monetary and in-kind donations.
Our Auxiliary volunteers will tell you their greatest reward is the feeling of having spent a day in the service of others.
Get started and make a difference. Volunteering is a powerful way to give back to your community and impact lives.
