That’s why the staff at INTEGRIS Health Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine is proud to offer comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, school-based and home health services that help return functionally impaired individuals to the lifestyles they once enjoyed.
Built on a foundation of personalized, one-on-one care, our specialized rehabilitation services include physical, speech and occupational therapy as well as sports medicine and numerous other therapies.
INTEGRIS Health Rehabilitation is staffed by highly skilled physical therapists and physical therapist assistants who can help improve strength, balance, ambulation and motion through evidence-based treatment – in other words, techniques and equipment that have been proven to work. We also have experienced occupational therapists and occupational therapist assistants to help with self-care and activities of daily living. In addition, our speech pathologist is ready to assist with speech or swallowing disorders.
Our inpatient (acute care) services include treatments for postoperative and nonsurgical hospital-bound patients, with pain control and mobility as the primary goals. We also offer school-based services for school-age children whose disabilities affect learning. For home-based patients, we provide home health services that focus on independence in care and progression to community activities.
Knowing that insurance for therapy services varies, we also offer a financial counselor who will work with individual patient needs, whether it’s double-checking coverage to avoid unexpected costs or setting up a payment plan.
