Referral Process
Referring your patients to an INTEGRIS Health Ambulatory Infusion Center is simple and efficient.
- Submit a referral: Send us your patient’s demographics, insurance information, and our universal order form for the prescribed infusion therapy. Our team can guide you through the required documentation.
- Insurance authorization: Our dedicated team will handle all necessary insurance authorizations on your behalf.
- Patient contact and scheduling: Once authorization is obtained, we will contact your patient directly to schedule their initial infusion appointment and subsequent infusion appointments.
